Who we are
All Things Carers Ltd (company no. 17027333), 275 New North Road, London, N1 7AA, is the “data controller” for the information described here. We're registered with the ICO (registration number ZC211128). We provide non-regulated support services (not personal care) and are not registered with the CQC.
What we collect
When you enquire or receive care, we collect your contact details, information about the care needed (including relevant health information), and details of any family members or representatives you ask us to deal with. When you use our website, we collect basic usage data through cookies. If you apply to work with us, we collect recruitment and vetting information.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, arrange and deliver your care, keep people safe, meet our legal and tax duties, and employ our staff. Health and care information is handled under the UK GDPR condition for providing health or social care, and only used to give you safe, appropriate support.
Who we share it with
Only where needed: our care staff, health and social care professionals involved in your care (such as your GP or local authority), our technology suppliers (who process data for us under contract), our accountant, and regulators or authorities where the law requires — including to keep someone safe. We never sell your information or share it for others' marketing.
How long we keep it
Care records are kept in line with health and social care record-keeping rules. Enquiries that don't lead to care are usually deleted within 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, or (in some cases) have it deleted, and you can object to certain uses or withdraw consent. To do any of this, email office@allthingscare.net and we'll respond within one month.
Children
We only provide services to adults aged 18 and over.
